Bryan Semaan, PhD

Biography

Biography: Dr. Bryan Semaan received his PhD in Information and Computer Science from University of California at Irvine. He then completed a post-doctoral in the Hawaii Human-Computer Interaction Lab (HI’CHI) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Syracuse University in the School of Information Studies (iSchool).

Research Interests: Dr. Semaan’s research focuses on how veterans use technology to build social support and resilience, veteran input on building smarter technologies.
