VISN-5 MIRECC | Anti-Stigma Resources regarding Justice-Involved Veterans
Veterans Justice Programs (VJP)
The Veterans Justice Programs (VJP) office within the VHA National Homeless Programs Office at the Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) includes “Assessing and combatting the stigmatization of justice-involved Veterans” in its original and revised strategic plans. The resources below support these objectives by offering a summary of research, examples of real-life observations on the problem, and suggestions for ameliorating it, through the VISN-5 MIRECC’s partnership with VJP.
Anyone is welcome to view, download, and use any of these resources.
