VISN 2 CoE Call Center
The Center of Excellence (CoE) Call Center
The CoE Call Center was created to gather information from Veterans for ongoing research and program evaluation efforts. Each month the CoE Call Center receives around 4,000 inboud calls from Veterans and conducts over 4,000 outbound calls.
Currently, the Call Center serves as the Information Center for the Million Veteran Program (MVP) and the All of Us (AoU) Program.
MVP is a national research program to learn how genes, lifestyle and military exposures affect health and illness. Veterans who partner with MVP contribute to improving the lives of fellow Veterans, and ultimately, everyone, to explain why some people get diseases and respond to certain treatments while others don't.
For more information or to enroll online, please visit: www.mvp.va.gov or call 1-866-441-6075.
The AoU Research Program is a historic effort to gather data from one million or more people living in the United States, with the ultimate goal of accelerating research and improving health. AoU will serve as a national research resource to inform thousands of studies, covering a wide variety of health conditions.
