Veterans and Transitioning Servicemembers

If you are a Veteran or an active duty servicemember who is within six months of transitioning to civilian status, the Veteran Sponsorship Initiative can help you and your family adjust to post-military life. We have partnered with Onward Ops, a community-based transition program, to proactively help Veterans and transitioning servicemembers secure healthcare, housing, employment, educational opportunities, and mental health services.
