If You Need Immediate Food Assistance
Whether you need immediate food assistance or are looking for local food banks or nutrition services, you have options. Seek help through the Department of Agriculture (USDA) or local food banks.

Contact the USDA National Hunger Hotline at 1-866-3-HUNGRY or 1-877-8-HAMBRE for food resources like meal sites and food banks.

Access emergency assistance for food, housing, clothing, and utilities through the United Way by calling 211 to speak to someone now or search for resources online by location.

Find a local food bank today by visiting Feeding America and entering your zip code.

Food Program Benefits
In the past 12 months, did you worry your food would run out before you got money to buy more? Or did your food not last and you had no money to get more? If yes, you may qualify for food assistance. Ask your primary care provider, dietitian, or social worker for help with these programs.
