You can request up to 5 free hard copies of our products by sending us an email request. Due to our limited staff and printing capacity, we are unable to print more than 5 products or send several copies of any individual product. If you work at a VA and need several copies of a product, please ask your facility's reproduction service if they can complete your request. You can send them a link to the product you want printed by visiting the clinical education products by topic webpage.

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Email
  • Profession
  • Discipline (If you're a healthcare provider)
  • Titles of up to 5 products that are listed in the next section
